FAQ's How do I place an order? 50% of the rental fee plus a security deposit must be placed to reserve items. 60 days cancellation notice is required for a full refund. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks & cash
Do I pick items up or do you deliver ? The prices listed on this web site are for customer pick up, but we DO offer DELIVERY AND PICK UP services. Prices for delivery vary depending on distance, time involved and quantities of items to be delivered, please call our store to request a delivery quote (419) 529-2772 or toll free (877) 529-2772. Deliveries are to ground floor level and must be scheduled in advance. Items for pickup must be stacked and ready. Deliveries must be scheduled and paid for a minimum of one week before your event. Rental fees do not include set-up or take-down; these services can be arranged for an additional fee. Do items need to returned CLEAN? YES!! Items should be returned clean or additional fees will be charged for items that are returned dirty, damaged, or lost. Please note : This does not apply to Linens. Linens do not need to be returned washed, although we do ask that you please shake out all food and confetti prior to returning them to our store. What kind of vehicle should I bring to pick up my rental items? This will depend on what you
have ordered, some items like ARCHWAYS, COLUMNS, GAZEBOS, AND TABLES may
require a large van or truck. Please ask you rental associate to help you
determine what kind of vehicle you should bring.
